THE MONGONGO NUT!

Training was pretty good today! : ) Elsie, I'm gonna miss you like maaaaaaaaaad! : ( Everyone did well and we all had fun! which is good.

Anyhoo, let me tell y'all about THE MONGONGO NUT!
It's egg-ed shaped and has a velvety texture! It usually ripens during fall which is between march and may and when you crack open the hard pitted shell, inside you'll find THE MONGONGO NUT! which is suppose to be high in nutrition and super tasty.
