Another Day, Another Week

yes, another day has yet again, come to past and this time, it's a saturday, which signals the end of yet another week. this week's a little different though. the end of this week also marks the closure of the times i've spent unfolding napkins, filling water goblets with still or sparkling liquids, ferrying silver bread baskets to the various tables, reliving guests of their emptied plates and the horrendous hours spent just staring into blank space. yes, you'd pretty much guessed by now that the time for the inevitable SWITCHAROO ! : ) i'm rocketing with excitment and i guess i'm pretty optimistic about entering the kitchen. i'm sure hoping that the very much quickened pace in the kitchen wouldn't kill me.
