Catch Me.

My week in the bakery is finally coming to a much awaited end. Oh don't get me wrong, it IS tiring and stressful at times, but being in the baking and pastry section has been one of the best few weeks in my time at TCA, in terms of the amount you're able to learn and the hands on work you get to do is so much more compared to the operations upstairs in the restaurant.
Onward to productions!

BOE proposal is killing me, who'd knew it'll be so hard to set up a Chelsea Megastore? (don't laugh! this idea is going to help me pass this class) I hope I'll pass it anyway.

This is something new, rather interesting I must say.
I'm waiting to see how it's gonna work out.
