JET JET JET JET !

We finally bought our tickets to catch JET on the 19th ! :D Awesoooooooome ! Please pray for good weather!

Anyhoo, the week's been pretty alright I guess. The move over to the baking and pastry section's been really... well, really interesting. One thing I've noticed in that section would be that the 3 chefs are all unique individuals, with rather intriguing personalities and I got flour-ed today for wanting to keep myself clean. quirky enough? I'm just waiting for the mad rush during the operations, let's just say that it's gonna be reaaaaaaaaaaaaaallly interesting to see how things work out then. haha.

Oh yes! Typing out the particulars of 28 people into excel format isn't excatly easy. It's worse than hearing your chef yak at you about focaccia dough. It took me a good whole 20 minutes to do so, trying to figure out the different variations of handwriting.. a 7 looks like a 1 and a D looks like an O. maaaaaaan. I HATE EXCEL.
