The Things I Never Understood`

Sitting in an air conditioned room together with 60 odd people, listening to Mr Shiny talk about Suntec and Singapore on a Saturday morning just isn't the right way to start your day.

It was SO BORING!

We were assigned duties today and I'm gonna be working in the hot kitchen which does western cuisine.

My goodness!
Jes, Mabel, YiXin and I were just doodling our asses off and hardly paying attention to what was being flashed in front of us.
If you'd ask us what we learnt today, I'm pretty sure the four of us would reply in unison, "ART!!"
hahaha.
Xin Er was slacking with us too :]

And so after the darn GEMS training, a few of us headed down to Marina and caught the final display of the fireworks.
It's darn nice! It makes you stpo whatever you're doing and watch in great awe.
Pretty impressive stuff I must say.

The place was however, MADLY PACKED with HUMANS!
Massive insane number of people filled every (what might have been empty) avaliable space there was.
Jialoon Jes and myself got ourselves outta city hall in about 15 minutes and chilled at the prata shop.
We're the prata people! hahaha.

Judging from the GEMS booklet, tomorrow will be yet another boring day of non-stop talking and doodling madness, think I'll bring a book and do some reading.
I'm boycotting the dresscode as well.
